How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product and colour/variant you want and press add to cart. Go to the cart and choose if you want more than one quantity of the product. Then go to checkout, fill in your info and complete the order. At the last stage you will be able to choose the payment method. As soon as you have placed your order it will be processed and the order info will be sent to the supplier. You will get an order confirmation on your email.

 

What is the shipping cost?

All products come with free shipping. No additional charges will be added for shipping from this shop. Additional import charges might occur, see info below.

 

Will there be any additional charges? What about toll/customs charges?

VAT is included in all product prices. Additional toll or customs charges is depending on which country the product will be shipped from and to. We do not handle those charges through this store. For example, to Sweden, PostNord will add a 75 SEK administration charge on packages below 1500 SEK and 125 SEK on packages worth more than 1500 SEK. You need to check the package import regulations in your country to make sure what kind of charges will be added.

 

What is the shipping time? When can I expect my product?

Shipping time can vary depending on product and availability. You can expect between 7-30 business days normally. You will be able to track your shipment when the order has been completed and processed.

 

I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer refunds without a need to return the items on orders under these conditions:

1. The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
3. The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
4. The order went missing.
5. The estimated delivery time has expired.
